Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Electricity, Industrial Construction, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience: 5-10 years
Age/Gender: Male, 30-40 years old
Language: IELTS 6.5 or higher
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
3. Job Description:
Advise the General Director and the Board of Directors on the selection of options for organizing, operating, and implementing renewable energy projects (wind power, solar power).
Work with relevant units on project implementation procedures.
Develop project implementation plans, organize and arrange items to ensure that each implementation phase is on schedule.
Organize the investor’s personnel to participate in the project.
Work with authorities on legal procedures for the project.
Manage general contractors/domestic and foreign subcontractors.
Supervise the construction process of the general contractor/subcontractors in accordance with the law in terms of quality, quantity, progress, labor safety, and environmental hygiene of the entire project.
Manage and control the construction quality and quantity of the project.
Organize the implementation of project management: Site assessment, technical design of works.
Deploy and evaluate the implementation progress of the project, forecast potential risks.
Appraise project dossiers, technical design, supervise construction, and acceptance of works.
Control the quantity – progress – quality of the consultants participating in the project.
Timely handle all obstacles to ensure the project implementation plan.
Participate in project acceptance – finalization and settlement, and put the project into operation.
4. Skill Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in wind and solar power project management, including at least 2 years as a project manager.
Project planning skills, timeline and deadline management.
Work organization, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using wind and solar power management software.
Understanding of legal procedures in the renewable energy sector.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
